He graduated from HEC Paris (Master of Science in Management – major in finance).
At Okan, Maha has worked on the creation of a Pan-African investment fund focusing on hospitality, and the creation of several agro-industrial economic zones in West Africa.
Before joining Okan, she had worked at Enko Capital, a South African investment fund, and at KPMG in deal advisory and financial auditing.
She graduated from ESSEC Business school (Master of Science in Management – major in finance).
At Okan, Hubert has worked on the financial modelling of logistics and agro-industrial projects, a debt raising for an agricultural project, and an M&A operation in the energy sector.
Before joining Okan, he had worked at Rothschild and Natixis in M&A, and at BNP Paribas in leveraged finance.
He graduated from HEC Paris and Università Bocconi.
Alia joined Okan in September 2023.
Before joining Okan, she worked at Amethis (Edmond de Rothschild Partnership), an investment fund dedicated to the African continent, and at Mayer Brown in corporate law.
Alia holds a degree from ESSEC Business School (major in finance) and from the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas (specialization in business law).
Zakaria joined Okan in September 2023.
Prior to joining Okan, he worked in M&A at Deutsche Bank and in Corporate Strategy/Fundraising at AZA Finance (pan-African B2B money transfer fintech).
Zakaria is a graduate of HEC Paris and of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines University.
