Amaury de Féligonde

Partner

Formerly at McKinsey and AFD (French Development Fund), Amaury supports public and private clients in structuring their African projects.

At Okan, he has advised more than twenty international firms across the continent, in various sectors, from agro-industry to logistics and financial services.

He graduated from Paris Institute of Political Sciences (Sciences Po).

Benjamin Romain

Partner

Formerly at McKinsey, PAI Partners and Ardian, Benjamin has developed an expertise in financial advisory and fundraising.

At Okan, he has contributed to more than 30 transactions, in debt and equity, from international lenders, investment funds and private groups.

He graduated from HEC Paris (Master of Science in Management – major in finance).

Hicham Alaoui

Manager

At Okan, Hicham has worked on more than ten financial transactions, notably the financing of port & logistics infrastructure and the fundraising of pan-African investment funds.

Before joining Okan, he had worked in investment banking at UBS Dubai and Jefferies London, as well as ENGIE Global Markets.

He graduated from HEC Paris and Arts et Métiers ParisTech.

Maha Khalfi

Senior Associate

At Okan, Maha has worked on the creation of a Pan-African investment fund focusing on hospitality, and the creation of several agro-industrial economic zones in West Africa.

Before joining Okan, she had worked at Enko Capital, a South African investment fund, and at KPMG in deal advisory and financial auditing.

She graduated from ESSEC Business school (Master of Science in Management – major in finance).

Max Navarro-Roch

Senior Associate

At Okan, Max has worked on the financial modeling of logistics, ports and metallurgy projects, along with the creation of a pan-African investment fund specialized in agro-industry.

Before joining Okan, he had worked at Rothschild in Sovereign advisory, in a private debt fund, and in Transaction Services at KPMG.

He graduated from Paris Institute of Political Sciences (Sciences Po) and HEC Paris.

Hubert Vermeren

Senior Associate

At Okan, Hubert has worked on the financial modelling of logistics and agro-industrial projects, a debt raising for an agricultural project, and an M&A operation in the energy sector.

Before joining Okan, he had worked at Rothschild and Natixis in M&A, and at BNP Paribas in leveraged finance.

He graduated from HEC Paris and Università Bocconi.

Léo Poupineau

Associate

Léo joined Okan in January 2021.

Before joining Okan, he had worked at ECP, a pan-African Private Equity firm, at Société Générale in leveraged finance, and at ADIT.

He graduated from Paris Institute of Political Sciences (Sciences Po).

Simon Sibé

Associate

Simon joined Okan in April 2021.

Before joining Okan, he had worked at the Inspection Générale des Finances inside the French Ministry of Economy and Finance and in M&A at BNP Paribas.

He graduated from HEC Paris and Paris Institute of Political Sciences (Sciences Po).
